Clinic Policies

We understand that life happens and schedules can change.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly as htat you let us know as soon as possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care or are hoping to be seen sooner. 

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments often cannot be filled on short notice.  This means another patient may miss the opportunity to receive timely care, and your therapist has reserved time that can not always be rebooked.  We appreciate your understanding and consideration for both fellow patients and our clinical team. 

Cancellation Fees 

• 24-48 hour's notice:  A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows): The full appointment fee will apply.
